Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. You are reserving for a specific number of people for a specific date and time. If you are late YOU WILL MISS YOUR TOUR, and other tours most likely will NOT have room for you. There are NO REFUNDS if you are late or miss your tour altogether, you will forfeit your purchased tickets. Remember, there are no restrooms in the cave, and we do not allow food, beverages or bags of ANY kind in the cave, including pocketbooks and purses. Unfortunately, the cave is not handicap accessible; wheelchairs and other wheeled devices are not permitted in the cave. There are a total of 139 stairs (up and down) spread throughout the Cave.
